Fred is my brother, I got to sped a short time with him  fishing and just hanging out  thanks for the good times.

On behalf of Food For The Poor, we would like to offer our deepest
condolences to the family and friends of Frederick David Santistevan, who was a true friend of ours and of the poor whom we serve.  Fred's support
has brought lifesaving help and hope to the poorest of the poor, which is a
legacy to be honored.  May God's peace be with you all during this time of
separation.

Fred and bandit were 2 of my favorties. I am sure if anyone ever met Fred even once that you knew how special he was. HE AND HIS SON WOULD VISIT ME OFTEN Fred usually yelling free day and bandit looking for the nearest trash can. I consider Fred one of my best friends there was nothing we wouldnt talk about.He sure loved the lord he was always talking about him sharing his thoughts not to mention countless I LOVE JESUS HATS. I will miss FRED very much no one  could ever replace him.  I will always think of Fred more like an uncle than a customer. My deepest sympathy to the entire family. YOU ARE IN MY PRAYERS. Fred lived a few homes down from my parents and I got to know him while he was walking his dog near their home or visiting with my dad whom he became good friends with.  I always enjoyed seeing his smiling face and catching up with him.  He hadn't been as active in the neighborhood the past couple of years but during my recent visit to CO, I had the pleasure of seeing him with his beloved dog Bandit driving by and he was waving and smiling.  He will be missed and remembered for the joy he brought to our lives.  Rest in Heaven friend and brother. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones, God bless.

We are neighbors of Fred's. He was always friendly and fun to talk to. He was a very generous man; and shared his love for Christ with everyone. His sense of humor and his laughter will be missed.
