Eutimio Sandoval, 90, of Avondale, Colorado, went to be with the Lord on May 22, 2018. Born on April 14, 1928, to Jose and Margaret Sandoval in Roy, New Mexico. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 59 years, Juliana Sandoval; his parents, and siblings Jose Sandoval, Leo (Caroline) Sandoval, Antonio (Frances) Sandoval, David Sandoval, and Dolores Sandoval. Survived by his children, Tim Sandoval, Andrew Sandoval, Sandra (Charlie) Vigil, Wayne (Cindy) Sandoval, Kenneth Sandoval, Loretta (Tony Piazza) Lucero, Eric (Danielle) Sandoval; siblings, Adeline Sandoval, Teresa (Phil) Rael, Louise (Pete) Ruybal, and Viola (Louie) Resendez; 29 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Eutimio is a veteran of the Korean War, and spoke proudly of his service to our country. The discipline and patriotism he learned in the Army never left him, and many can attest that his attention to detail was unmatched. Eutimio was a devoted husband and father, who immensely enjoyed the gambling trips he would take with his wife. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved to tell his family stories of his younger days. He was cherished by all and will be greatly missed. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Imperial Gardens, with viewing at 12:00 pm, rosary at 1:30 and funeral service at 2:00 pm. Reception will follow.
