Emma C Romero

She was preceded by her husband, Korean War Veteran, Gustiano Romero (44 years of married), daughter Ann Espinoza, son Gabriel Romero in 2002 and grandson Justin Romero in 2019.

She is survived by her son, Augustine Romero and his wife Nancy López; daughter in law Elaine Romero. Grandchildren: Gilbert Espinoza and his wife Erin Espinoza, Talisha Romero, Sierra Romero, Luna Romero and great granddaughters: Serenity Espinoza and Bella Romero.

Mrs. Emma Romero graduated high school in Las Vegas, NM and she attended New Mexico Highland University to study accounting. Moved to Pueblo County in the mid to late 1950’s from Las Vegas, NM and she retired from Pikes Peak Hearing Aid Center, Pueblo, CO.

Mrs. Romero dedicated her time to family and choir at St. Leanders Church where she sang and directed choir and served as a communion minister for over 30 years. Later joining the choir at Mt. Carmel church where she was member of Mt. Carmel in the late 1950s.

Rosary followed by Mass on Friday, November 26, 2021 at 10am at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Internment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
