She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Currington who she shared 28 beautiful years of marriage with.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Byron Currington; Sisters, Marie Simpson, Mary Brewer, and Elizabeth Chamberlin; Brothers, Robert Simpson, Willie James Simpson, Mack Simpson, and Roy Simpson; Special Nieces, Dianne Perry and Jessena Pittman Garner; Grandsons, Christian and Cameron Currington.
Ella had many hobbies and joys in life, some of which included her love for fishing and football. Those who knew Ella will remember her laugh, humor, and loving nature. The family would like to extend a special thanks to all of the family and friends who have sent their love and condolences during this time. She is smiling down on you right now.
A visitation for Ella K. will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Imperial Funeral Home, 5450 Highway 78 West, Pueblo, Colorado 81005. A funeral service will occur Wdnesday, October 9, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1044 Spruce Street, Pueblo, Colorado 81004.
