Eddie Duran, 79, sadly passed away August 28, 2023 in Pueblo, CO. He is preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Duran. Eddie was born in Greeley, Colorado to Julian and Bernie Duran, and was a graduate of East High School. Eddie worked for the Colorado State Hospital and the Air Force Academy as a HVAC Mechanic. He attended Family Worship Center, and loved to bowl and go fishing and trips to Cripple Creek. Eddie will be remembered as being a quiet and a soft spoken man.
Eddie is survived by his children Donna (John) Medina, Tim Duran, Diane (John) Torres, Jim (Jana) Duran and Denise Baver; Grandchildren Amber Medina, Adam (Chelsey) Medina, Nick (Kresta) Medina, Aubrey Duran, Kinsey Duran, Miranda (Michael) Coffin, John II Torres, Robert Torres, Jacob Duran and Mason Baver; Great Grandchildren Diego Herrera, Emelia Medina, Joseph Coffin, Sophia Coffin, and Braden Himmel; sister Betty (Anthony) Bustos, and brother Ernie Duran.
Eddie is preceded in death by his parents Bernie C. and Julian J. Duran, siblings Richard Duran, Fred Duran, Angie Flores, Danny Duran, and Granddaughter Lacy Duran.
Services for Eddie will be held at Imperial Memorial Gardens September 6, 2023 at 11:00am.
In lieu of flowers donations the family requests donations to be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
