Donald Anderson

Donald E. Anderson, 76, went home to the Lord on March 2, 2011; he was surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette Anderson and his father, Paul Anderson. Survived by his mother, Helen Anderson; children, Joy (Tom) Shirley, Dennis (Jill) Anderson, Julie (Bob Muench) Murley; brother, Bill Anderson; sisters, Geraldine (John) Collins, Judy (Rich) Charles; sister-in-law, Nadine Styduhar-Wertz; brother-in-law, David Styduhar; grandchildren, Megan and Michael Shirley, Ryan (Susie) Anderson, Maggie (Chris) Alexander, Rene and Denise Anderson, Katelyn and Cori Murley; great-grandchildren, Jason, Logan, and soon to be Kierstin. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Korean War. Donald retired from CF&I after 36 years. He was also a member of the Elks Lodge #90. Visitation 6-8pm Sunday at Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass 10am Monday, March 7, 2011, Shrine of St. Therese Church, cremation to follow, with a private family inurnment at a later date.
