Born in Pueblo, Colorado, she was the daughter of John and Annette Marino. She attended and graduated from South High School in 1975. She worked at the Pueblo Regional Center as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician for several years, and retired from that agency.
She was a member of AFSCME Chapter 76 Retirees. Debbie enjoyed fishing and camping, planting flowers and vegetables for herself and family members, and hosting and celebrating all of the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas with family and friends. She will be remembered for her kind and giving nature, her love of her dogs, and support to animal shelters.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, John and Annette Marino, and her brother David Michael Marino.
She is survived by her loving husband Gerald “Jerry” Solano; brother Mike (Cathy) Marino, niece Gina Marino, nephew Mikey Marino, cousins Don and Dawn Cortese, Ron and Connie Cortese, Darren and Nancy Cortese, and multiple family friends.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11am at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel, with reception immediately to follow. Debbie will be laid to rest at Imperial Memorial Gardens, in the Garden of Pieta.
