Christopher Michael Novak, 31, of Pueblo, Co., born April 18,1991, passed away unexpectedly on May 17, 2022. Chris is preceded in death by his dad, Michael T. Brown; grandparents, Herbert and Betty Trimble and Al Novak. Chris is survived by his mother, Cheryl Brown; sisters, Rhonda Squires (Gregg Balk) and Erin (Andrew) Shook; niece, Lilith Shook; nephews, Aaron and Brendan Balk; grandmothers, Patsy Brown and Mary Ann Novak; girlfriend, Maria Vasco; his best pal, his dog, Diesel; special friends, Jonathan Alfonso, Hunter Reinert, Russell Allen, LJ Zerfas, and Jordan Fields; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Christopher graduated from South High School in 2010, and went on to get his welding degree from Pueblo Community College. He worked in the welding field ever since and he had a passion for welding and was amazing at it. Christopher loved the Colorado Avalanche and was an avid fan. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes with his dad Mike growing up. He would do anything for his family and friends and loved spending time with them. He especially loved the Fourth Of July and lighting off fireworks for the kids. He always wanted to put on a big show. Chris left a lasting imprint on anyone he met. He will forever be loved and forever missed by all, especially his Mom. There is a piece of our hearts that left that day and the void in our heart shall be filled with cherished memories. A Celebration of Life Remembrance Dinner will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, between 4pm and 8pm at the Elks Lodge, 426 N Santa Fe Ave, Pueblo,CO. 81003.
