Carrie Bucci Valdez, 97, of Pueblo, was born on May 28, 1920 and went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Valdez; sons, Adam Ray and Frank Valdez and daughter, Cruz Deumece Copeland. She is survived by her son, Tony Valdez; granddaughter, Crystal Wilkerson, and sister, Fern Sandoval. She also leaves behind seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and fifteen great-great grandchildren. She was a nurse at the Colorado State Hospital for many years. She loved traveling and telling stories about her travels all over he world. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2:30pm in the TG McCarthy Chapel with a visitation to begin at 12pm.
