She was preceded in death by her parents, Dimitra and Nicholas Pappas, brothers and sister, Peter Pappas, Christ Giannoulis, Greg Pappas and Harriett Georgeitsos, son Michael Bouzos and daughter Mary Ann (Patrick) Siegel. She is survived by her husband, Sam DeVencenty, son in law, Patrick Siegel, grandchildren, Nicolas Bouzos and Andonia Bouzos, great grandchildren, Jacob, Dylon and Eliana, sister Georgia (George) Giannoulis, nephews: Peter, Chris and Jimmy Giannoulis; sisters in law Florence DiLuzio and Madaline (John) Spaccamonti, along with nieces and nephews: Angela (Robert) Parr, Kathy Jo (Paul) DiLuzio Anderson, Randy (Debra) DiLuzio, Katrina (Robert) Dankert, Tommy Spaccamonti, and other family members in Colorado, Ohio and Greece.
Toni was born in Greece and moved with her family to Ohio as a young girl eventually making her way to Colorado where she lived in Pueblo for 52 years.
Her passion was writing. She has a dozen poems printed in magazines and anthologies and was working on her novel. Her creativity extended to designing beautiful arrangements and displaying elaborate decorations during the holidays. Her open house events at Christmas and her hospitality were unmatched, along with her Greek pastries and love of cooking, which were enjoyed by many.
