Anna Boyer

Anna Ruth M. Boyer, 72, of Beulah, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, February 17, 2010. Anna was born on September 8, 1937 in Wurzburg, Germany to Eugen and Frieda Strobl. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Robert J. Boyer Sr., her infant son Mark Eugene Boyer, her parents, and her brothers, Alfred and Gunther. Anna is survived by her children, Jane Anne Boyer-Craft and her husband Tommy, of Opelika, AL; Robert J. Boyer Jr., of Pueblo; Julia Ann M. Lord and her husband Jay, of Beulah; Richard J Boyer and his wife Jackie of Dearborn MI; grandchildren, Robert J. Boyer III, Anna R. Boyer and Simon J. Boyer. She is also survived by her sister, Eliesabeth Schreyer; and nephews. Anna was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her love of cooking and baking brought joy to many people. She and her husband operated Dunkin Donuts in Pueblo for 17 years. She also enjoyed working at the Colorado and Texas Renaissance Festivals with her husband.

The family will greet friends from 4:30 to 6:00. Rosary will follow at 6:00 pm on Monday, Imperial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass 2:00 pm Tuesday Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 8800 Maryknoll Blvd, Beulah. In lieu of food and flowers, please make donations to your favorite charity in her name.
