Anita Maynard, 71, born November 1, 1943 went to be with our Lord Saturday, August 22, 2015. Preceded in death by her parents, Ben & Lila Martin, and her sister, Barbara Thomas. She is survived by her loving husband, Ken Maynard; son Jeff Maynard, daughter Tina (Eric) Smidt; grandson Chaz Smidt and granddaughter Shaina Smidt; her brother Ronald Martin; and other extended family members. Anita’s life was spent loving her family with all her heart. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Thanks given to the Sangre De Cristo Hospice staff for making her last days comfortable as possible for her and our family. A viewing will be Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 6-7 pm at Imperial Funeral Home.
