Alfonso O. Maestas

Alfonso O. Maestas, 91 passed away November 5, 2012. He is survived by his children Alfonso Orlando (Mona) Maestas Jr., Daniel (Sylvia) Maestas, Emma Herman-Esquibel, Eva Trujillo, George (Gloria) Maestas, Nickie (Juan Campos/Augustine Faudoa) Maestas, Bob (Angie) Maestas, Lupe (Theresa) Maestas, Pete (Marie) Maestas, Luke (Laura) Maestas, Helen Maestas; siblings Lydia Romero, Frances Esquibel, Joe (Rita) Maestas, Irene Maestas Brough, Estella Christie and Gloria Maestas; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren other siblings, friends and family. Alfonso was preceded in death by his wife Mary Andrea Romero Maestas; daughter Shelly Maestas and other children; parents Benjamin Maestas and Manuelita West Maestas; brothers Ben Maestas and Diego Maestas; sisters Aurora Vigil, Rosie Wright and Mary Romero. He retired from the Pueblo Army Depot, loved fishing and the Pueblo Reservoir (including the Park Rangers), ranching, the mountains and his grandchildren. Viewing will be Thursday 4-7pm Rosary will be Thursday 7:00, Imperial Funeral Home with Funeral Mass Friday 10am Holy Rosary Parish. In lieu of flowers, please bring a covered dish to Holy Rosary Hall for a reception following the burial. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
