Better known as the mayor of Smith Hill, Steven was well known for his cheerful personality and helpful nature.
He was a self employed handyman for most of his working life tackling jobs throughout the prism of residential remodeling.
Steven is survived by his siblings, Lisa Souza and her husband Kevin of Warwick, Christina Rogue of Cranston, and Christopher Rogue of Warwick. He also leaves nieces Chelsea, Emily, Joslin, Analysse and a nephew Kaleb.
Family and friends may call on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 8:30-10:00 am in The Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am in St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
