Sandra J. Kelly, 54, of West Warwick, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She is survived by her loving husband, Jack T. Kelly. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Evelyn (Cournoyer) and the late David Moffat. She has resided in Johnston for many years.Besides her husband, Sandra leaves one son, Thomas A. Kelly and wife Audrey, a brother, Richard Moffat, three sisters, Gail Masso and her husband Tom, Ann Marie Carter and Marsha Van Wormer, a niece, Marissa Siedzik and a nephew Thomas Masso. She was the sister of the late David Moffat. Sandra also leaves two granddogs Dakota and Callie.Sandra was a secretary at Women & Infants Hospital for 25 years before retirement.Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2014 from 4-7 pm with a funeral service at 7:00 pm in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick.
