Rosalie E. Tartaglia

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Ludovico and Angela (Manera) Geremia.

Rosalie was the Activities Director for Bay Towers and later Morgan Health Center for 17 years before retiring.

She was the mother of Ronald Tartaglia, Jr. and his wife Rhonda, Donna Izzo, Gina Tartaglia, Bruce Tartaglia and his wife Dawn and the late Patricia Tartaglia and “adopted son” Karl Makowski; grandmother of Lisa Marie Brown, Hope, Victoria and Jordan Gannon, Santino Tartaglia, Jackie Barriere and the late Roger O’Brien Tartaglia and sister of Thomas and Ludovico Geremia and the late Gerald Geremia.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. Visitation TUESDAY 5-8 pm.
