Rosalie M. (Broadman) Mele, 76, passed away January 6, 2015. Wife of the late Louis Mele; daughter of the late Nathan and Shirley (Bromberg) Broadman; mother of Cheryl A. Mele-Cunha and her husband Peter Cunha; grandmother of David Cunha; sister of Frances Leahy and her husband John, Ivy Broadman and the late Jerold Broadman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Rosalie was a volunteer for the Providence Ronald McDonald House and the Cranston Senior Center. She was also a foster grandparent.
Visitation and funeral will be held Friday 8:30-10 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
