Smithfield: Cudworth, Robert M., of Log Road, died on December 21, 2006 at Fatima Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Evelyn C. (Giordese) Sutcliffe-Cudworth. They were married for the last eight years. Before his retirement in 1981 Mr. Cudworth was employed by the Chase Brass & Copper Co. as a machinist for over 27 years. He was an Army Air Force Veteran of WWII. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by a sister Lillie Ventura of Norfolk ,VA and a nephew Charles Cudworth of Providence. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 1pm in the Swan Point Cemetery Chapel 585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, with military honors, entombment will follow.
