Rita Quetta

She was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Loretta (Chaput) Mathieu. She was the beloved wife of the late Salvatore A. Quetta. She was the devoted mother of MaryAnne Borges and her husband Mario, Patricia E. Pascale and her husband Filip, Shirley E. Medici and her husband Michael and Anthony M. Quetta and his wife Nicole. She was the cherished grandmother of 9. She was the sister of Raymond, Alphonse and Richard Mathieu and Ann Marie Martin and the late Doris DePatie, Lucille Poisson, Robert Mathieu, Ellen Prete, and Constance Mocogni.

Rita was the Office Manager for Axelrod Music before retiring. She was a member of the Lincoln Country Club and enjoyed golfing, playing tennis and bowling as well as bingo in her later years.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and funeral on Friday at 9:00 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
