Richard Ferri

He was the husband of Eva J. (Godin) Ferri and the late Rose (Conca) Ferri; father of Richard Ferri and his wife Diane, and Ronald V. Ferri and his wife Jeannine; stepfather of David Dumond Sr., Gerald Dumond and his wife Ronda; grandfather of Richard, Evan and Brianna Ferri, Joshua, Brian and David Jr. Dumond; great-grandfather of Thomas and Lola Ferri, Lillian and Kaine Dumond; brother of Josephine D’Angelo and the late Thomas, Henry and Robert Ferri, Rose Fitzgerald, Florence Rentz and Esther Gendolfe.

Richard proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Visitation and funeral services will be held Tuesday, 8:30-10 a.m. with a service at 10 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
