PawtucketPaul Rocha, 47, of Dora Street, died unexpectedly Saturday at home. Born in Providence, he was a son of John T. Rocha of Johnston, and the late Dorothy Jean (Cahir) Rocha. Paul was a floral distributor for Halifax Floral Supply Company, Providence, for several years, retiring in 1989 due to illness. He was an avid bowler, and billiards player, during his lifetime, and loved antique cars. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his nieces, nephews, cousins, and his beloved dog, Brando. He was also a fan of the Providence Bruins, and was a season ticket holder for the past sixteen years. Beside his father, he leaves two brothers, Richard M. Rocha of Lincoln, his twin brother, Peter Rocha of Pawtucket; two sisters, Jacqueline A. Rocha of Lincoln, and Jennifer A. Rocha of North Providence; nieces and nephews, Kristina, Richard and Tori-Lyn Rocha, Isabella Rocha-Rodriguez and Jack Olivo; as well as several cousins. He was a brother of the late Susan A. Rocha. The funeral will be held Saturday, at 8:45 am, from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Saint Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visiting hours Friday, 4 - 8 pm.
