Orest J. Ricci

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Luigi and Giuseppina (Leone) Ricci; husband of the late Rose (DeMarini) Ricci; father of Robert L. Ricci, Esq., Ronald O. Ricci, William J. Ricci and the late Louis Ricci; grandfather of William, Gianna and the late Ronald O. Ricci; brother of the late Hugo, Americo, Edward and Lena Ricci and Ines Holden.

Mr. Ricci served in the U.S. Navy during WWII after he was employed for the U.S. Navy at Quonset Point and Davisville. He was a mutual clerk at the Lincoln Greyhound Park and Narragansett Race Track before retiring.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, 5-8 p.m. with funeral services on Thursday at 8 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence, followed by burial with Military Honors in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
