Matthew D. Cariglio

He was the devoted husband of Kim (Smith) Cariglio. Matt loved and adored his children more than anything in the world. He was the proud father of Matthew, Jr., Ella and Nicholas; beloved son of Lucy Vallone and the late Santo Cariglio; devoted son-in-law to George and Eileen Smith, Sr.; brother-in-law to George, Jr., his wife Jen and Michael Smith. He was the uncle of Kennedy, Abby and Karington. He also leaves his buddy Jeter.

He was the most loyal Yankee and Steelers’ fan. Matt cherished his memories at the beach with his family. Matt is now “living the dream” in his victory over life.

Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Matt’s life at a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 11am in St. Edward’s Church, 997 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
