You were not only my sister , but a friend any one could wish for.  From being brought up poor, and praying for a better life barely surviving ,to sharing one another's  secret stories and sorrows.  I will alway s be grateful how you made me pursue my every dreams and shared my writing of my songs. A friend ,a sister, a loss in my heart .  Thank you for a great journey we shared together. Mom, it has been 4months and 2 days since you left this world, too early at only 70. Im still so very confused with it all. I last had seen you while you were at work and on your feet. I never got to even say goodbye the night you passed and that still hurts me...I feel so lonely since you been gone, this world has become uncomfortable now that you, and my dad are both gone. However, I'll always remember when I was a little boy, all the encouragement you gave me as I would read books at the dinner table, the times when I was sick you would always make me your chicken soup and bring me a little Bell to ring if I needed anything(and I rang it so much I broke it!).How you were my biggest fan at all my little league baseball games. The times you would take us up to the beach with cousin Suzanne and Dominic...I can name so many more find memories mom, and not so dignified ones too. I always looked forward to the day that you would get to see me fully free of the shackles binding me to my old ways, but I'm only 1 week away now. I really wish you were here to see what may become of the rest of my story but I decided that I would use all this pain of you leaving not to pull me back, but to propel me even further than I've ever dreamed of going. I love you Mommy, and I miss you more each passing day.😭☹️😔😘😘Happy Independence Day

Dear David and family of Marie,
I just found out about Marie's passing. I am so sorry for your loss and the loss of one of the greatest women I ever knew.
We became very close when i worked at CCAP.  Marie was very kind and very intelligent.
David, do you remember me?  I remember coming to see Red Leopard play in Silver Lake. Was one of the most fun nights ever. 
I truely loved Marie. She was a unique person that I am so grateful was in my life.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. In my heart I will always remember Marie; Funny, Loud and so full of Life and Love… Her door was always open to all and you never EVER left her house hungry. She put a lot of Love in her cooking and it showed.  I know Marie aka Tina Turner is singing and dancing with all the Angels…  

I do know for certain that we never lose the people we Love, even to death.  They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make.  Their Love leaves an indelible imprint in our hearts and our memories.  We find comfort in knowing that your lives have been enriched by having shared their love…

I can't tell you how sad I was to hear of Marie's passing. She had the biggest heart of anyone I have ever known. I remember being kids, and staying at Grandma Rossi's. We used to have so much fun, and drive poor Grandma crazy!!! I miss those days with all my cousins, and remember them fondly. But even as we grew up, and didn't see each other as often, when we would get together it was as if no time had passed. The love and laughter was always there.  RIP CUZ, I'll never forget you. I'm so sorry I can't be there, but please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I wish i were able to say goodbye to you. I will treasure the last time we hugged and kissed, you were so sick but had to get out of bed to spend time with me.Even though we didn't see one another everyday because of our busy lives we talked everyday, we always stayed connected to update one another.I can recall us getting caught up in our conversations and blocking out the rest of the world and never got sick of each others voice. Every time we were together most of the time their were endless laughter.So this is a thank you for not only being my best friend but the sister i never had.
