Luis G. Gonzalez, age 96, passed away April 5, 2023.
Born in Cuba on January 6, 1927, he was a son of the late Luis M. and Virginia (Aldama) Gonzalez.
Luis came to the United States for a better life where he met and married the mother of his two daughters. He lived in New York most of his life but moved away after retiring.
He was a hard worker who always worked multiple jobs at a time and even after retiring continued to work a full-time job to keep busy. He did not like to be still and always had to do something even if it was just taking a walk. He like going out to eat with his family and enjoyed trying new things. He was a great father and grandfather who was always there for his family when they needed him the most.
He was the loving father of Ana C. Gonzalez and the late Aida M. Gonzalez and cherished grandfather of Manuelangel Villalona-Simo.
