Louis Maron Khoury

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Nabih and Lena (Joseph) Khoury.

Louis graduated from Classical High School, Providence College, and received a Master’s Degree from Notre Dame. He was employed for the State of R.I.: Department of Mental Health for 28 years, was an adjunct professor for Bristol Community College and a member of the Providence Revolver Club.

He was the father of Melissa Hafey and her husband Steven and Louis M. Khoury, Jr. and his wife Margaret; grandfather of Steven and Jackson and brother of Jeanette Campagnone and her husband Louis, Georgia Autiello, Lorice Khoury and the late Maryanne Durante.

Visitation will be held Friday, 4-7 p.m. with his funeral Saturday at 10:15 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. in St. George Maronite Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
