She was the beloved daughter of Ann M. (Pannone) Rossi and the late Robert A. Rossi; cherished sister of Sherri A. Rossi and her companion Brian; devoted niece and goddaughter of Joyce Pannone; maternal granddaughter of the late Frank and Stella Pannone and paternal granddaughter of Mario and Thelma Rossi; niece and goddaughter of Louis and Marleen Rossi and niece of Freddy and Jeanne Rossi.
Lisa had a zest for life, love and compassion for family, friends and caregivers. She had a love for children, animals, the Providence Bruins and the Pawtucket Red Sox. She enjoyed many trips to Disney World, arts and crafts, learning and books. She had a great impact on the lives of everyone that knew her. We want to thank Dr. Jeffrey Winters, Dr. William Chen, Dr. Andrew Blum and the Epilepsy Team at Rhode Island Hospital as well as Mary Fortunato-Silva, N.P. of University G.I. We also want to thank the Providence College Literary Program and the Best Buddies Program.
Lisa, thank you for being our special angel. You will be greatly missed and in our hearts forever. “We love you very, very much.”
Visitation will be held Friday, 9-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston. Entombment will follow in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu flowers, donations may be made to the Fogarty Center, 220 Woonasquatucket Avenue, North Providence.
