Kevin J. Kelly, 53, passed away December 29, 2014. Born in Central Falls, he was a son of Joseph E. Kelly and the late Gertrude (Bouthillier) Kelly. He was the brother of John P. Kelly and his wife Karen of Johnston, and Christine A. Melone and her husband Frank of Providence, and the late Thomas E. Hone. Kevin is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Kevin was a 1979 graduate of LaSalle Academy, where he was a member of the track and cross country teams. He was also an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 11 a.m. in St. Edward Church, 997 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
