Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late George and Hattie (Bromley) Parent; mother of Reno R. Sabatini, Jr., Rand A. Sabatini, Richard D. Sabatini and Regina M. Duarte; grandmother of Amanda M. Allard, Louis Sabatini, Andrew S. King, Wendy A. Duarte, Nicholas D. Sabatini, Zachary J. Duarte, Carl Sabatini-Larence and “Miss Kitty”; great-grandmother of Daeton J. Allard, Caedyn M. Allard and Noah S. Perreault; sister of Raymond Whewell. She also leaves Merrilee Plott and many other foster children.
Visitation will be held on Friday, 10-12 noon with a memorial service at 12 noon in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
