Born in South Barre, MA, she was the daughter of the late Emiddio and Vincenza (Tancredi) Onorato.
Joyce enjoyed being with her family especially with her loving daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She loved cooking and baking and always wanted her table to be surrounded with family and friends. Some of her greatest enjoyments in life included dining out, going to the beach, getting her hair and nails done. Joyce was always adorned with her signature lipstick and earrings.
She was the cherished mother of Robbin Ann Mancini and her husband Michael, Susan Joyce Iadevaia- Jalbert and her husband Donald and Roseann Campbell and her husband Wayne; Proud Nana to Nathan Jalbert and his wife Alicia, Kendra Richards and her husband Alan and Marissa Deku and her husband Israel and endearing great Nana to Gabriel, Preston and Anthony. She was the devoted sister to Doria L Izzi and Vincent Onorato and Sister-in-Law to Joann Onorato and the late Anthony Izzi. She also leaves many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. She always had a special place in her heart for her Godson, the late Jeffrey Izzi. Joyce took pride in nurturing and caring for the Nolan and Guisti children and considered them part of her extended family.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM in the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a service at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston.
