Josephine Lanni

Josephine (Lanni) Lanni, 95, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on January 18, 2022. She was a daughter of the late John and Josephine (Maroni) Lanni; beloved wife of the late Edward Lanni; loving mother of Joseph W. Lanni, Edward J. Lanni and his wife Elizabeth, John M. Lanni and Joyce I. Fishpaw and her husband Richard; cherished grandmother of EJ, Joshua and his wife Vanessa, Nicole and Brittany Lanni and Laura Fishpaw and great grandmother of Vince and Viviana Lanni. She was also 1 of 16 siblings and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to her 9 CNA’s for all the in-home care they gave to her.

Visitation will be held Friday at 9:30 AM in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Josephine’s memory to Amedisys Foundation, 1 Catamore Blvd, East Providence, RI 02914.
