Josephine M. Carrier

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Loretta (Carnevale) Marro.

Josephine was a communicant of St. Rocco Church and enjoyed playing bingo.

She was the beloved mother of Brenda Carrier and adored aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Albert, Peter, Vincent and Alfred Marro, Rose Uscio, Mafalda “Muffy” LaFazia, Carmela “Connie” Volpi, Almirinda “Minnie” Mancini, Filomena Russo and Ethel Clark.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 am from the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Rocco Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow in R. I. Veteran’s Cemetery. VISITATION SUNDAY 4-7 PM.
