Joann D. (Kawa) Rich, 76, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 3, 2024.
She was the wife of the late Stephen G. Rich. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles C. and Sophie (Opielowski) Kawa, and sister of the late Mary Baldino and Deborah Kawa.
Joann was the beloved mother of Darlene Hebert, Annmarie Rich, Stephen Rich Jr., and Patricia Rich; loving grandmother of Jessica, William, Crystal, Kayla, Pamela and Thomas; cherished great-grandmother of Joslyn, Jazmin, Christopher, Demarcus, Madison, Julia, Scarlett and Liam. She also leaves her two beloved grand dogs, Stanley and Mouse.
