Providence James L. Boule, 84, of Providence and formerly of Narragansett, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at The Bethany Home in Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Marilyn A. (Reynolds) Boule. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arthur and Rose (Mitchell) Boule. He was a loving father to his children; Stephen J. Boule and his wife Sarah, of Woodstock, CT, Ann Marie Helfand and her husband Matthew, of Cranston, and Marjorie J. Grinsell, and her husband Guy, of Cumberland. He leaves three grandchildren; Patrick and Shannon Boule and Nicole Grinsell. He was the brother of the late Arthur Boule, Rose Murphy and Joseph Boule. James served his country honorably in the US Army during the Korean War. He was employed by Almacs Supermarkets for thirty five years before retiring in 1991. Funeral service and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Bethany Home of Rhode Island, 111 South Angel Street, Providence, RI 02906 in his memory would be appreciated.
