Born in Haiti, he was a son of the late Sady and Elaine (Robert) Saint Franc.
He was the devoted father of Kenny Saint Franc and Annya Saint Franc; loving brother of Alex Saint Franc, Jeannel Saint Franc, Robenson Saint Franc, Patrick Saint Franc, Wesner Robert, and Deslourdes Robert Victor; and much-loved father-in-law of Cheick Kaire. He also leaves several cherished nieces and nephews.
His visitation will be held Friday, April 18, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St, Providence.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Elmwood Avenue Church of God, 297 Elmwood Ave, Providence. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground Cemetery, 5 Branch Ave, Providence.
