Gail M. Khoury

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank L. and Winifred (Scanlon) Girard.

Gail was a Special Ed Teacher for the Providence School Department before retiring.

She was the cherished mother of Melissa Hafey and her husband Steven and the late Louis M. Khoury, Jr.; beloved grandmother of Steven and Jackson Hafey and Michael Khoury; sister of Mary Lou Bonaventure and her husband Ernie and the late Lois Martin; mother in law of Marnie Khoury and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 8:45 AM from the PONTARELLI-MARINO FUNERAL HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. George Maronite Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial to follow in St. Ann Cemetery. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in Gail’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital at www.stjude.org or to St. George Maronite Church.
