Frimette J. Fishman

Frimette J. (Rubin) Fishman, age 92, formerly of Warwick, RI and Delray Beach, FL passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Village at Waterman Lake in Greenville, RI. She was the wife of the late Frederick N. Fishman.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late David and Zella (Schechter) Rubin. She had worked in the retail industry for many years. Frimette was quite the master at playing mahjong and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by two sons; Robert Fishman and his wife Charlotte Carson of North Scituate, Stuart Fishman and his wife Jane of Westerly; two daughters-in-laws, Karen Fishman and Rhonda Lewis; seven grandchildren; Ilana Fishman and her husband Seth Finkle, Josh Fishman and his wife Emily, Rebecca Eccard and her husband John, Gregory Card and his wife Amber, Jeffrey Fishman, Brent Fishman and his wife Genna, Stacey Ewan and her husband Sam; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Bruce and Neil Fishman and sister of the late Estelle Fagan.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 11:00AM in Lincoln Park Cemetery, 1469 Post Rd., Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are in the care of Sugarman-Sinai Memorial Chapel.
