

Born in Providence, a son of the late Wilfred and Alice (Jobin) Robideau, he had been the husband of Dolores K. (McDonald) Robideau for 57 years.
Mr. Robideau had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and had worked as a machinist for the United Products Corporation before retiring. He was an avid Red Sox and sports fan and also enjoyed gardening.
Besides his wife, he leaves his children, John E. Robideau and his wife Linda, Kenneth C. Robideau, Dennis J. Robideau and his wife Dawn; his grandchildren, Ashley Robideau, Candice Dufault, Glenn Dufault and Eric St. Onge; his brother, Norman Robideau; and his sister, Irene Lefebvre. He had also been the brother of the late Wilfred Robideau, Joseph Robideau and Beatrice Sweeney.
A funeral service with Military Honors will be held for Mr. Robideau on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
