Elsa Soto de Cuellar

Born in Bolivia, she was the daughter of the late Abelino Soto and Maria Martinez.

In Santa Cruz, Bolivia, Elsa owned and operated the London Hotel.

She was the mother of Adhemar, Miguel and Edwin Cuellar; grandmother of Silvio Cuellar, Maria Rene Cuellar, Juan Carlos Cuellar, Sergio Cuellar, Marcelo Cuellar, Juan Rodrigo Cuellar, Carla Cuellar, Ricardo Cuellar, Cecilia Cuellar, Evelyn Cuellar, Carlos Cuellar; great grandmother of 30. She was also the sister of Ranulfo Soto and mother in law of Consuelo Daza, Lolita(Tesoro) Cuellar who was her caretaker and Silvia Vargas.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 17, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the ROMANO FUNERAL HOME, 627 Union Avenue, Providence.

Funeral will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 9:00 AM in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Patrick Church, 244 Smith Street, Providence.

Cremation to follow.

During the visitation, funeral and Mass social distancing and occupancy restrictions will be observed where no more than 15 people at a time will be allowed.
