Eddie Imondi Jr.

EDDIE IMONDI JR., 53, passed away accidentally January 14, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Pompea S. (Uriati) Imondi; devoted son of Eddie Imondi and his longtime companion Deborah, and the late Diana (Medeiros) Imondi; loving father of Kristin, Edward, Matthew and Mikayla Imondi; cherished grandfather of Samaya and Aria Imondi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Eddie was a foreman for Island International and a member of Local Union 271. He was also the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Corvette Club of RI, with which he was involved in many charitable events.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, 4-7 p.m. with his funeral on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Imondi Children’s Fund, c/o Pompea Imondi, 14 Rose Bush Circle, Cranston, RI 02921.
