Carlos Klever Ortiz

Born in Ecuador, Carlos was the son of the late Carlos Humberto Ortiz Villacis and Mercedes Barbara Aviles Alvarado.

Carlos was employed as a Toolmaker for many years prior to his retirement.

Carlos is survived by his sons, Armando Ugarte Castelar and his wife, Flor Miranda, Milko Ugarte and his wife, Lori Ugarte, his wife, Rebeca Castelar, his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alexis, Zachary, and Nicole Ugarte, and his sisters Olga, Norma, and Betty Ortiz Aviles. He was predeceased by his sister, Maria Ortiz Aviles.

Relative and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, December 18th, from 12 – 2 pm, at the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence.
