Bernard V. Kelly, 70, of Warwick, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Kent Hospital. He was the husband of Ella-Mae (Smith) Kelly. They were married for 23 years. Born in Northumberland, PA, he was a son of the late John J. and Nellie (McCloskey) Kelly. Bernard served his country proudly with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for D & N Trucking for several years before retiring. Besides his wife, he leaves his two sons, Shane and Christopher Kelly; two step daughters, Gloria Childress and Meghan Strang; a step son, Donald Hayden; and thirteen grandchildren.
