Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Manuel and Nancy (Ferrucci) Vieira.
Actively involved in the antique business, he was a member of SNEADA and owned and operated Gold’ N’ Tiques in Cranston for over 25 years.
He was a proud Army veteran, serving 2 years in Germany and being called up again during the Bay of Pigs.
Besides his wife, Anthony is survived by his children, Dena Lucia, Kristen Cordeiro, Lauren D’Ercole, and Paul D’Ercole. He also leaves his seven treasured grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, and his brothers, Richard Vieira and Manuel Vieira. He was the brother of the late Ora Mansuetti, Catherine Pino, Elizabeth Coelho, and Dennis Vieira.
Per Anthony’s wishes, services will be private. Family is invited to attend prayers on Monday, January 9th at 11 am in the Columnbarium Chapel at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, RI. Family is asked to meet at 10:45 am in the Visitor Center parking lot.
