Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Gaetano and Philomena (Berardis) Paris; mother of Denise A. Massotti, David M. Garceau and Ermond E. Garceau III; grandmother of Danielle, Erica, Nicholas, Michael, Anthony and Matthew; great-grandmother of Caleb, Frankie, Richard Jr. and Juliana; sister of Gaetano Paris Jr., Raymond and Robert Paris, Gloria Castricone and the late Joseph and Anthony Paris, Barbara Rogers and Vincenza Masiello.
Anna had worked as a supervisor/expediter for Cal’s Jewelry before retiring, afterwards spending time as a Wal-Mart greeter. She was also an avid New York Yankees fan.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, 4-7 p.m. with a funeral on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence, followed by graveside burial in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
