Mark loved car shows, old cars, and spending time with his family and good friends, playing with his grandbabies. He never met a stranger and was loved by everyone and his smile would light up the room. Mark was a faithful member of the Lifeline Church.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Lisa Suzanne Parks of the home; his daughter, Delissa Parks McGill and husband, Phillip of Bristol, TN; sons, Mark R. Parks II and girlfriend, Kayla Hurst and Cody Allen Parks and fiancée Brittani Taylor; three precious granddaughters, whom he dearly loved, Elizabeth N. Parks, Aleah R. Parks and Brynlee Taylor; a brother, James Parks and wife, Susie of Pulaski, VA; two nephews, James Parks III and Ryan Parks and wife, Crystal both of Princeton; a niece, Cara Trent and spouse, Dwaine of Maryland; several great nieces and nephews; and a special fur-baby, Zoey.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, James Parks and Edmonia Tassula Parks; a sister, Jane Farmer; and a set of twins, Melinda and Belinda Parks.
Services to celebrate the life of Mark R. Parks will be held 2:00PM Monday, March 19, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton with Pastor Ryan Parks officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 12 o’clock until time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
