David Allen Dowe

It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Prince George BC resident David Allen Dowe Sr at the age of 65 years. David took his final breath with his son at his side on September 22nd 2023

He will be lovingly remembered by his sons True and David Jr (Taija); Grandchildren Oakley, Onyx and Roman; Brother Marlow (Lana) and Sister Darlene (Fraser) as well as numerous relatives and friends. He will also be dearly missed by the residents of his housing complex.

David was predeceased by his father Burton, Mother Laura and Brothers Danny and Farrell. Who are all dearly missed.

David was born in Prince George BC and spent the majority of his childhood doing what he loved, being outdoors hunting, fishing and trapping. David worked for Borek construction for the majority of his career but was a jack of all trades. He worked at A1 auto wrecking, completed his culinary arts program at Northern Light College and even started his own company called Black Gold Oil & Lube in Dawson Creek BC. In his pastime he enjoyed mechanics as well as hunting and trapping with his Sons.

A Celebration of Life for David will be held on Thursday October 12 at 2:00 pm at Assman's Funeral Chapel.
