Vera Ellen Dougher

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Lampkin. She is survived by her father, Robert Lampkin; children, Gene't Thompson (Frank Thompson), Billy Dunnivan (Taylor Dunnivan), and Jessica Lollar; brother, Robert "Rob" Lampkin (Trina Lampkin); grandchildren, Sean Thompson, Jamie Thompson, John "J.R.' Thompson, Arianna, Gunner Dunnivan, and Ella Lollar; as well as great-grandchild, Delilah Morgan; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The most precious thing to Ellen was her family. They were the center of her world and she spent as much time with her children and grandchildren as she possibly could. She especially enjoyed her beach vacations with them. She had a great love for music as well as for enjoying Hallmark movies in her spare time. Ellen also loved managing the Bingo Hall, a job she had for many years.

A Visitation For Ellen will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Ridout's Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, 347 East Main St. Prattville, AL 36067.
