Robert Henry Rutherford

Robert Henry Rutherford of Autaugaville, Alabama was born on September 26, 1951 and passed away on September 23, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Ethal Rutherford. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Joe Ann Rutherford, daughters Ann (Mark) McLendon, Casey (Matt) Johnson, sons

Ray (Debbie) Price and Daniel (Marie) Price. Nine grandchildren; Josh (Ashley) Jinright, Garrett ( Ali) Price, Madison (Hunter) Scarborough, Trinity Price, Cap, Andrew and Livvie Price and Cheyanne and Robert John Johnson. Five great-grandchildren; Hailey, Rhett and Wyatt Henry Jinright, Leighton Scarborough and Brayden Barger. He is also survived by one sister Debbie (Gary) Gregory Marburger, two brothers Buster Rutherford and Steve (Diana) Rutherford. Special friends Mike Raines, Billy Dunn, Lubye Paul, David Tucker, Brady and Martha Wimberly and Dave and Dana Weilbacher.

Henry was a Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid collector of trains, loved trucks and horses. He never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. He loved his wife, kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 at Autaugaville United Methodist Church Autaugaville, Alabama with Pastors Richard Lucas and Greg Nobles officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the memorial service.

Memorial donations may be made to St.Jude's Children's Hospital or one's favorite charity.
