Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel

Robert Edward Hollon, a proud Vietnam veteran, passed away peacefully at the Prattville Medical Center on Thursday night June 7th at the age of 73.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years Nola Abbie Hollon and their 3 kids; Robert Edward Hollon Jr. (Robbie) and Agnes Maddox, Bobby Dearl (Glennda) Hollon , Angela Hollon; 5 grandchildren, Griffin Hollon, Robert Hollon, Brandie and Austin Evans, Bonnie Lee Hollon; two sisters, Henrietta Lockhart, Suzette McAnnally; two brothers and sisters in law, Clifton and Barbara Hollon, David and Bobby Hollon ad a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and close friends.

He was extremely loved and will truly be missed by everyone.

A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday June 10th at 3:00 PM at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel.

Burial with military honors followed in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robbie Hollon, Bobby Hollon, Mike McCoamack, Griffin Hollon, Austin Evans and Jody Weitman. Honorary pallbearers were Tim Cormack and Tommy Hollon.
