James "Jim" Michael Ross, age 78, of Autaugaville, Alabama passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024.
He is preceded in death by his parents, J.R. Ross and Pauline Ross Richardson; his wife of 46 years Augusta Shanks Ross.
Mr. Jim was a graduate of Hicks Memorial High School in Autuagaville Al. He was a former Marine, Autuaga County Commissioner, and he was a Mason.
A visitation for Jim will be held Monday, February 19, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Autaugaville Methodist Church, 207 S. Autauga St., Autaugaville, AL 36003, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Immediately following the funeral service the burial will be at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Autaugaville.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Autaugaville Methodist Church or Autauga County Animal Shelter.
